Here is a harmless office refurb in Marylebone, just across the street from the Michael Blampied & Partners 1969 carpark which is to be knocked down and turned into a hotel or some such monstrosity.
Of course, I’m not sure office refurbs in Marylebone are what Mr. Warhol had in mind when he referred to land as being the best art.
Shall we double check?
I can never get over when you’re on the beach how beautiful the sand looks and the water washes it away and straightens it up and the trees and the grass all look great. I think having land and not ruining it is the most beautiful art that anybody could ever want to own.
